Air Artisans, LLC provides air filter replacement and return supply grill cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. We do not install, repair, or service HVAC systems.

2. Service Appointments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Customers must ensure safe access to the service area at the scheduled time.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on the scope of service and will be provided in advance.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your HVAC system and filter requirements.

  • You must ensure that pets, valuables, and any obstacles are removed from the work area.

  • If access to the service area is not provided, we may charge a service call fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Air Artisans, LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing issues with your HVAC system.

  • We do not guarantee specific improvements in air quality or health benefits.

  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from failure to replace filters at recommended intervals.

6. Warranty & Disclaimer

  • Our services are provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties.

  • We do not warrant that our services will meet any specific regulatory or health standards.

  • Any concerns about service quality must be reported within 48 hours of completion.

7. Force Majeure

Air Artisans, LLC is not responsible for service delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or supplier disruptions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your State]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your County, Your State].
